2nd Annual Coconut Crawl!
2nd Annual Coconut Crawl event will be on January 27th, 2018. Admission starts at 1:00 pm at Waterfront Park, and ends at 2:00 pm but (thats only for admission). There you sign up, (presale $35 for member, $40 for non member, day of event $40 member, and $45 non member) and receive your goodie bag (no I am not going to tell you whats in it) and your wristband. There we will also have water/Soda/Beer available for a donation. You will also be given a list of participating restaurants where you visit (drinks is optional) and receive a card at each place. After the completed walk, we meet at Cabana Club for dinner where the person with the best hand will win a prize. The money raised at this event will go to the Marathon Hospice Organization . Since this event is still in the planning stages, something might change for a better idea but hold that date!
2018 KCBCA Bar Crawl Poker Run Rules
Following information is for the 2nd Annual Coconut Crawl in 2018 and subject to change.
-For each location you visit you will pick 1 card for your scoresheet. At the end of the Poker Run, at the Cabana Club, you will be dealt the extra sixth card to make your final hand.
-Use 5 cards, out of the 6, to make your best hand of poker on each scoresheet you have. Cross out card you do not want to use.
-You must turn in your scoresheet no later than 5:30pm to the KCBCA Poker Dealers at the Cabana Club. If you do not turn in your scoresheet by 4:30pm your hand/hands will be forfeited.
-You ARE NOT required to have a drink to be dealt a card. Please manage your sobriety responsibly.
-If you get dealt a card that you have already received (i.e. the Ace of Spades twice) you are required to be dealt another card. You cannot have two of the same card.
-In case of tie, there will be a draw for High Card to determine the winner. All decisions of the judges are FINAL!
-Order of the Bars: You need to start at the KCB Waterfront Park Tiki Hut to check in and get your scoresheet and end at the Cabana Club by 4:30pm. The order of the remaining four bars (restaurant/bars to be announced soon) you attend does not matter.
-The D-Bag Rule: If you are overly intoxicated, being abrasive or just an A-Hole in general, or you attempt to cheat, we reserve the right to remove you from the Poker Run at any time. Don’t be that guy or gal!
